Roles: Staff Drivers and Contract Drivers (Vehicle will be reviewed)

Requirement: Must be at least 21 Years of age to qualify for Staff driving positions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must always represent the Company in a professional manner.
• Drives company vehicle to pick-and-drop off clients.
• Uses handheld device for routing information and customer appointment information.
• Must be able to easily get in and out of the van, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Inspects van equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water.
• Maintains logs according to state and federal regulations.
• Follows all safety rules and company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Experience:

• Customer Service – is always professional with clients.
• Represents the company in a service-oriented and courteous manner at all times.
• Is respectful and represents the company brand positively.
• Technology Oriented – must be able to navigate a smartphone (GPS Navigation, Text messaging, Apps)
• Safety and Security – adheres to all safety and security procedures.
• Reports potentially unsafe conditions immediately.
• Attendance/Punctuality and Timeliness – Is consistently at work at required shift and is on time or early.
• Completes work in a timely manner and within the standards outlined by the company.
• Dependability – Completes tasks on time or notifies supervisor in advance, if a commitment is at risk.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Education Requirements:

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or College degree is preferred but not required.

Supervises: Not a Supervisory Role.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• • Physical Demands: Employee is required to stand, walk, sit and drive a company vehicle.
  • Employee is required to talk and hear without assistance.

  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Work Environment: Employee is driving a vehicle in urban, suburban and rural settings. Must be comfortable working alone and communicating with home office and supervisor through mobile device.

Required Licenses: 

• Valid State Driver’s License is Required.
• Work Authorization Requirements
• United States Work Authorization is Required.
• Required to pass a background check.
• Required to pass a 10-panel drug test
• Required to be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Required to be able to learn and/or be certified in CPR.
• Required to have DOT Medical card if vehicle driving weighs 10001 to 26001 lb. on the vehicle assigned.

Shifts:

• 5:10am to 1:10pm – (Available)
• 11:30am to 6:30pm
• 9:30am to 5:30pm
